Delivery Policy

CD Exposure sells digital services: websites, online shops, hosting and care plans, logo design, Meta ads and social media management. Nothing is shipped by courier, so there are no delivery fees. Everything is delivered online, anywhere in South Africa.

How delivery works

1. You order and pay online.
2. Within 1 working day, we contact you on WhatsApp or email to get started and ask for your content, such as text, logos, photos, prices and opening hours.
3. We build your website or service and send you a preview link to review.
4. You request changes, within the revision rounds included in your package.
5. Once you're happy, we launch your website on your domain and hand over everything you need.

How long it takes

Delivery times start once we have all the content and logins we need from you:

- Kickstart (one-page website): 3 to 5 working days
- Local Pro (up to 5 pages): 7 to 10 working days
- Online Shop (Shopify store): 10 to 15 working days
- Logo design: 3 to 5 working days
- Meta ads setup and ad creatives: 5 to 7 working days
- Monthly services (hosting & care, ads management, social media): start within 3 working days of payment

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. If anything is running late on our side, we'll tell you straight away rather than leave you wondering.

How you receive your work

- Websites and online shops: launched live on your domain, with access to your Shopify store where relevant.
- Logos and ad creatives: sent as digital files by email or WhatsApp.
- Ads and social media: run directly on your Meta (Facebook and Instagram) accounts.

If something goes wrong

If you haven't heard from us within 1 working day of ordering, or something isn't working after launch, contact us and we'll sort it out quickly.
